In case your previous host uses cPanel we can easily transfer your mail accounts. This can be done through our site transfer promotion and after posting a ticket from the corresponding category.
Alternatively, we recommend to:
- Download all your mails from the previous host using POP3.
- Recreate your mail accounts from cPanel > Email Accounts.
This will ensure your old mails have been downloaded to your pc and are not lost. All new mails will be received at the newly created accounts with us.
